WRITING PHILOSOPHY: I subscribe to the “10,000-hour rule” mentioned in Malcolm Gladwell’s Outliers, which posits that the foundation of success is 10,000 hours (~5-10 years) of hard work, honing, and perseverance.
MOST ADMIRED COMPANIES: Newman’s Own (for philanthropy), TOMS (for social entrepreneurship), and Netflix (for innovation).
BIGGEST ASPIRATION: Fulfilling God’s plan for my life.
